Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of hyperuricemia; (2) With or without gout; (3) It meets the diagnostic criteria of hyperlipidemia; (4) Gender unlimited, age 18-60; (5) BMI index 18-24 kg/m2; (6) Non-dialysis patients with infection, acidosis, electrolyte disorder, hypertension, blood sugar and other aggravating factors effectively controlled and stable condition; (7) Accept the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Blood uric acid >= 480u mol /L (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Combined with diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system that seriously affect their survival; (4) Those with drug contraindications; (5) Those who are mentally ill and unable to cooperate.
