18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) patients with metastatic or unresectable melanoma confirmed by histopathology; (ii) clinical stage of III or IV; (iii) age >= 18 years at diagnosis of advanced melanoma; (iv) complete and reliable clinical records with efficacy evaluation results, adverse reaction records and survival follow-up data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with double primary or multiple primary malignancies; (2) Patients without pathological confirmation; (3) Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic or renal dysfunction or other life-threatening comorbidities at the time of diagnosis; (4) Patients with incomplete clinical data.
