40 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 40-50, gender unlimited; (2) -6.00D=0.8; (3) No fatty acid dietary supplements have been taken in the past 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Eye trauma, surgery or other chronic eye diseases; (2) strabismus; (3) intraocular pressure >=21mmHg, interocular pressure difference >=5mmHg; (4) History of systemic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, etc.; (5) Allergic history of taking fish oil products; (6) Other conditions researchers think that it is not suitable to participate in the study.
