Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People aged 18-70 years old, who have had no birth plan in the past 3 years, who can receive ATD treatment and are regularly followed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: prior known severe hepatic, renal, cardiac insufficiency and severe pulmonary and cerebrovascular disease; Those who have a known rheumatic immune disease and need to be treated with immunomodulation or inhibitors; Those who have taken immunosuppressant therapy in the past six months; Those with previously known serious blood disorders such as agranulocytosis (excluding anemia); Patients with previously known pancreatitis, severe coagulopathy, or insulin autoimmune syndrome
