Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) From January 2017 to December 2022, he was diagnosed with locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in the thoracic department of the Fujian Medical University Union Hospital, Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University and The Affiliated Hospital of Putian University; (2) Receive at least 1 cycle of neoadjuvant chemotherapy or neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy, and without the limit of chemotherapy regimen, and limit the immunotherapy into PD-1 antibody; (3) Radical resection of esophageal carcinoma; (4) complete clinical information;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other malignant tumors developed within 5 years; (2) The patient was diagnosed with gastroesophageal borderline tumor/cardiac carcinoma; (3) Combined with autoimmune disease; (4) The patient refused to participate in the study; (5) Open - close surgery or only jejunostomy was performed.
