65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Transurethral laser resection of prostate was performed under elective general anesthesia;2.Age 65-80;3.ASA I-III grade; 4.Body mass index(BMI)18-28kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of severe lung disease and cardiopulmonary surgery 2. severe abnormal liver and kidney function 3. severe cardiovascular disease and cardiopulmonary great vessel surgery.
