Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection of primary screening objects: The selection criteria of primary screening objects in this study include the following three items, which must be met simultaneously before screening. If there is one or more non-conformities, they cannot participate in the screening. (1) Residents aged between 35 and 75; (2) Permanent residents of Sichuan Province; (3) Voluntarily participate and sign the Informed Consent Form. Criteria for high-risk Population of CVD: meet any of the following two criteria: (1) According to the Technical Plan of Early Screening and Comprehensive Intervention Project for High-risk Population of Cardiovascular Disease issued by the National CVD Center, it meets one of the following two standards: A. Disease history (one of the following four items can be met): a. History of myocardial infarction; b. Receiving percutaneous coronary intervention; c. Receiving coronary artery bypass surgery; d. History of stroke. B. Blood pressure and blood lipids (only one of the following three items can be met): a. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) >= 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >= 100mmHg; b. Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) >= 160mg/dL (4.14 mmol/L); c. High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) 30mg/dl(0.78mmol /L) 2. According to the "China-PAR Model" recommended by the "Guidelines for Cardiovascular Disease Risk Assessment and Management in China in 2019", CVD risk assessment was conducted for all screening subjects. If the 10-year CVD risk of the screening object is >= 10%, it will be determined as a high-risk Populationt.1)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The age is less than 35 years old or more than 75 years old; 2. Non-resident residents of Sichuan Province; 3. Those who are unable to fill in the questionnaire or unwilling to participate in this study.
