Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 )The age was over 60 years old. According to the latest diagnostic criteria issued by the Asian Sarcopenia Working Group in 2019, it was diagnosed as possible sarcopenia. Understand the purpose of this experiment, volunteer to participate in this experiment and sign informed consent. ( 2 ) Normal cognition, no walking disorder and joint restrictive diseases. ( 3 ) There was no regular physical exercise in the first half of the experiment. ( 4 ) There were no malignant diseases, immunodeficiency diseases and infectious diseases in the subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients who underwent surgery, electronic device or metal implant within 4 months before the study. ( 2 ) Intake of protein supplements or vitamin D and other related supplements in the past 3 months affected the judgment of the results.
