Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective cesarean section for 18-40 year old women with single pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who cannot or refuse informed consent, are allergic to deoxyadrenalin or noadrenaline, are allergic to ropivacaine, have known fetal abnormalities, are obese (body mass index > 35 kg/m2), have hypertension, preeclampsia, cardiovascular disease, rupture of membranes, have contraindications to intraspinal anesthesia, and are participating in other clinical studies.
