Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ischemic stroke patients treated by the General Medical Department of the Affiliated Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of head injury, brain tumor, epilepsy, coma or dementia; 2. Previous thyroid disease or other endocrine diseases; 3. Drug abuse and alcohol addiction; 4. Depression, schizophrenia and other mental disorders
