Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Informed consent; (2) Patients with clinical diagnosis of colon cancer and radical colorectal cancer by colonoscopy and pathological examination; (3) Patients in good general condition, aged 18-70 years, without serious heart, lung, kidney, liver dysfunction or metabolic diseases; (4) No distant metastatic lesions; (5) No serious complications before surgery and no radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) have used various antibiotics or probiotics 1 week before specimen collection; (2) have their gastrointestinal tract and other digestive system diseases; (3) have metabolic diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, various liver diseases, etc.; (4) have family aggregated cases.
