18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age>18. (2)presence of serous detachment of neurosensory retina and RPE on spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT). (3)1 or more regions of active leakage (so-called hot spots) on fundus fluorescein angiography. (4)abnormal appearance of dilated choriocapillaris and hyperfluorescent changes typical of CSC visible on indocyanine green angiography (ICGA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)PDT and/or laser treatments in the study eye within 3 months prior to enrolment, (2)the presence of other retinal lesions such as CNV, poly-poidal choroidal vasculopathy or age-related macular , or evidence of another diagnosis that could explain the accumulation of SRF (3)history of systemic steroid usage before the onset of the clinical symptoms.
