Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 years or older;2.Agreed to participate in the trial and signed an informed consent form;3.AF Radiofrequency ablation after admission;4.A definite diagnosis of hypertension;5.a definite history of paroxysmal or persistent AF.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Life Expectancy less than 1 year;2. Atrial fibrillation due to rheumatic valvular heart disease;3. Atrial fibrillation due to postoperative cardiac surgery; 4.Patients with unilateral or bilateral renal artery stenosis;5. Evidence of severe pulmonary hypertension (PASP more than GT; 70mmHg) 6. The investigators considered the subjects unfit to participate in this trial.
