30 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) No acute or chronic infectious diseases such as AIDS and tuberculosis; No severe heart and kidney disease; No psychosis or epilepsy; No breast-feeding contraindications such as nipple laceration and mastitis; No other serious diseases during pregnancy; (2) The lactating mother has no special partial diet, opens milk early, has sufficient milk volume, has the intention to breastfeed exclusively until the baby is 12 months old, or has a longer breastfeeding time, and the baby is less than 3 days old when participating in the study; (3) The baby weighs more than 2.5kg, is full-term (gestational age is more than 37 weeks), has no congenital and genetic diseases, infectious diseases, galactosemia, phenylketonuria and lactation contraindications, and is fed exclusively by breast milk; (4) Neonatal Apgar score is greater than 7;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Parents with serious chronic diseases: HIV infected persons, cancer, bone marrow or organ transplant recipients; (2) Parents or guardians cannot read or understand Chinese normally; (3) During the study period, the family may move out of the research area and cannot complete the tracking of the investigator; (4) Lactating mothers who do not meet the requirements of the study for any reason, such as insufficient breast milk, illness, active withdrawal, etc., are required to withdraw from the study.
