The MIH and DH reports of at least one tooth are located in the neck, and the VAS sensitivity is equal to or greater than 4. The criteria put forward by the European Society of Pediatric Dentistry were applied to diagnose molar-incisor dysmineralization (MIH): (a) The enamel of one to four permanent first molars was hypomineralized, with or without affected permanent incisors. (b) clearly identifiable crown opacity and/or buccal surface, (c) white, cream or yellow to light brown discoloration, (showing white, yellow or brown boundary opacity), (d) MIH defect with a diameter of at least 1 mm, and loss of enamel structure after eruption. (e) there are allergies, and the sensitive affected teeth range from mild reaction to external stimuli to spontaneous allergies, (f) there are atypical restorations, and (g) permanent tooth extraction due to MIH.
