Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Patients with simple obesity who meet the above diagnostic criteria; ?The patient's body mass index (BMI) is 28kg/m2= (BMI) < 32kg/m2; ?College students aged 18-26, female only; ?Living in Jinan for more than 1 year and not taking antibiotics or probiotics within 1 month; ?Informed consent to the study and voluntarily and independently fill in the questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with poor coagulation function combined with infection and bleeding; ?Infected skin area; ?Complicated with serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and other organs or critical diseases; ?Pituitary, adrenal and other diseases cause secondary obesity patients; ?Allergic to alloprotein (such as fish, shrimp, crab and other seafood, eggs); ?Had received any weight loss method other than lifestyle intervention within the last 1 month.
