18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ) Knee pain for 3 months or more in the past year ; 2 ) Visual analogue scale ( VAS ) = 40 ; 3 ) Age over 18 years old and under 80 years old ; 4 ) Willing to comply with the treatment plan and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 ) Combine one or more non-knee problems in lower limb that affect daily activities; 2 ) Intra-articular injection of steroids or PRP and other biological agents within 4 weeks; 3 ) Recieved other treatments that may have an impact on the observation indicators of PRP treatment in the past year, such as biological therapy including stem cells, and systemic immunosuppressive drugs; 4 ) Pregnant and lactating women; 5 ) With infectious diseases; 6 ) Fever > 38.0 °C of unknown origin within three days ; 7 ) History of alcohol and drug abuse; 8 ) Moderate to severe anxiety, depression and other mental illness ; 9 ) Do not understand Mandarin, do not understand Chinese characters ;
