Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, hepatitis static phase group: immune tolerance phase patients (hepatitis B Da-Sanyang, liver function is completely normal), immune control phase patients (hepatitis B minor Sanyang, liver function is normal); 1. Hepatitis quiescent stage group: patients in immune tolerance stage (HBsAg +,HBeAg +,HBcAb +, liver function is completely normal), patients in immune control stage (HBsAg +,HBeAb +,HBcAb +, liver function is normal); 2. Hepatitis activity group: patients in the immune clearance stage (HBsAg +,HBeAg +,HBcAb +, abnormal liver function), patients in the hepatitis B reactivity stage (HBsAg +,HBeAb +,HBcAb +, recurrent abnormal liver function, liver fibrosis); 3. Liver failure group: patients with chronic plus acute liver failure and chronic liver failure (in line with the diagnostic criteria for hepatitis B liver failure in 2018 edition); 2, hepatitis activity group: immune clearance period patients (hepatitis B Dasan Yang, liver function abnormalities), hepatitis B reactivity period patients (hepatitis B minor Sanyang, liver function repeated abnormalities, liver fibrosis); 3. Liver failure group: patients with chronic plus acute liver failure and chronic liver failure (in line with the diagnostic criteria for hepatitis B liver failure in 2018 edition); 4. Healthy control group: healthy adults without hepatitis B and other liver diseases; 5, prothrombin time is less than 20 seconds, platelet greater than 80*10^9/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with serious organic diseases; 2, combined with autoimmune related diseases; 3. Co-infection; 4. Abnormal liver function due to other causes.
