Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experiment 1: Healthy women with elective cesarean delivery will be included Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologist class II-III; age 20-45 years; gestational week =37 weeks Trial 2: Inclusion of women with elective cesarean delivery combined with preeclampsia Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists class II-III; age 20-45 years; maternal preeclampsia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for experiment 1:Contraindication to neuraxial anesthesia; carotid stenosis; arrhythmia; placenta praevia; body mass index > 40 kg/m2; cardiovascular disease; liver and kidney disease; emergency surgery; maternal refusal to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria for experiment 2: Contraindication to neuraxial anesthesia; carotid stenosis; arrhythmia; placenta praevia; body mass index > 40 kg/m2; Gestational week = 32 weeks; cardiovascular disease; liver and kidney disease; emergency surgery; maternal refusal to participate in the study.
