Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) 18 years = age = 80 years ; ( 2 ) End-stage renal disease and maintenance hemodialysis treatment = 1 year ; ( 3 ) Adequate flow of vascular access can successfully complete dialysis ; ( 4 ) Patients without oral, digestive tract diseases or symptoms, can eat normally ; ( 5 ) Patients had no dietary contraindication during dialysis and no history of fruit allergy ; ( 6 ) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Ambiguity of patients ; ( 2 ) Patients often cough or asphyxia risk ; ( 3 ) Patients dialysis time = 3 h ; ( 4 ) Patients taking food or drugs that affect blood potassium or blood potassium = 6.5mmol / L before dialysis ; ( 5 ) Patients with low blood pressure before dialysis ; ( 6 ) Diarrhea before dialysis
