Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of control group 1: 1) Age 18-75 2) Colonoscopy showed no colorectal cancer 3) Willing to accept the study examination and sign the informed consent Inclusion criteria of control group 2: 1) Age 18-75 2) A clear diagnosis of malignant tumors other than colorectal cancer 3) Willing to accept the study examination and sign the informed consent Inclusion criteria for experimental Group 1: 1) The pathological diagnosis was colorectal adenocarcinoma 2) In line with the 10th edition of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgery" anal lock hemorrhoids damp-heat accumulation type diagnosis criteria 3) Age 18-75 4) Willing to accept the examination and treatment of this study and sign the informed consent 5) CT examination indicated no distant metastasis Inclusion criteria of experimental Group 2: 1) Pathological diagnosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma; 2) In line with the 10th edition of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgery" anal lock hemorrhoids damp-heat accumulation type diagnosis criteria 3) Age 18-75 4) Willing to accept the examination and treatment of this study and sign the informed consent 5) CT examination indicated distant metastasis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for control group: 1) Age 75 years 2) Refuse to accept the study, or fail to sign the informed consent Exclusion criteria of experimental group: 1) Malignant tumors with pathological types other than colorectal adenocarcinoma (malignant lymphoma, melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma, etc.); 2) Age 75 years 3) Refuse to accept the examination and treatment in this study, or fail to sign the informed consent 4) It does not meet the diagnostic criteria of damp-heat accumulation type of anal hemorrhoids in the 10th edition of Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgery
