Eligibility

Sex/Gender
All
Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Brown Class III orbital maxillary defects (maxillary defects involving orbital floor, palate, and alveolar arch) after resection of maxillary tumor; 2) the length of the fibula is longer than 10cm plus the minimal length that is calculated in the virtual surgical planning. The existence of an additional 10 cm is because the remaining fibula should be longer than 5cm at both ends after osteotomy to guarantee the stability of the knee and ankle joint.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) the bone density of the fibula does not meet the operational requirements, such as osteoporosis, bone trauma; 2) the area of intraoral soft tissue defects exceeds the largest skin paddle that can be carried by fibula flap; 3) the patient has other surgical contraindications, such as severe signs and symptoms of peripheral artery disease of the lower extremities and other local or systemic factors that affect vascular health
