60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =60 years; 2. Permanent residence in Fuzhou (=6 months); 3. Good communication skills; 4. Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment (SPMSQ=3); 2. Serious physical or mental illness; 3. Participants in other psychosocial interventions during the same period.
