Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. BMI 18.5~27.9 kg/m2; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: Class I or II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Propofol component allergy; 2. Chronic alcoholics; 3. Previous history of cerebral infarction; 4. History of severe mental illness; 5. Severe cardiovascular disease; 6. Poorly controlled hypertension, diabetes mellitus; 7. Hyperthyroidism, endocrine dysfunction; 8. Severe hepatic insufficiency, renal insufficiency (creatinine > 186 µmol/L, bilirubin > 20 µmol/L or plasma albumin < 30 g/L); 9. History of long-term sedative-hypnotic drugs, hepatic enzyme inducers or inhibitors taken within one month prior to surgery; 10. Taking drugs that may affect autonomic function, such as atropine, propranolol, mecamylamine, etc.; 11. Preoperative trauma and other stressful conditions exist, such as fracture patients, indwelling gastric tube or urinary catheter, and other operations; 12. Patients who are pregnant, hearing impaired, and unable to cooperate with the experiment.
