65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =65 years and <80 years; 2. Sex is not restricted; 3. ASA class I-III; 4. Elective knee or hip arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. blindness; 2. Deafness ; 3. dialysis history; 4. Previous history of open heart and lung surgery; 5.Long-term treatment history of benzodiazepines or antipsychotics; 6.Mini-mental state examination ( MMSE ) score < 15.
