Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Grouping criteria of normal volunteers: 1. Fasting blood glucose 5.6<mmol/L;and 2. HbA1c <5.7%; and 3. Blood glucose at 2 hours after OGTT test<7.8mmol/L. The grouping criteria for pre-diabetic patients: 1. Fasting blood glucose 5.6-6.9mmol/L;or 2. HbA1c 5.7-6.4%;or 3.Blood glucose at 2 hours after OGTT test 7.8 mmol/L-11.0 mmol/L. The grouping criteria for diabetic patients 1.Fasting blood glucose =7.0mmol/L; or 2.HbA1c=6.5%; or 3.Blood glucose at 2 hours after OGTT test=11.1mmol/L; or 4.Random blood glucose =11.1mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy status. 2) Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Cushing's disease and other endocrine diseases that affect glucose metabolism. 3) Uncontrolled rheumatoid arthritis, lupus erythematosus and other immune systemic diseases. 4) Abnormal liver function (ALT and AST are more than 2.5 times the upper limit of normal) or impaired kidney function (serum creatinine) =133umol/ or estimated glomerular rate filtration (eGFR) less than 30mL/min/1.73m2) or other His organs are not fully functioning. 5) Patients with a history of tumor and an estimated survival of less than five years. 6) Severe acute infection, surgery and trauma have occurred recently. 7) Alcohol and drug addicts. 8) Under 18 years old or over 75 years old.
