Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes and diabetic foot; 2. Ulcers meet Wagner grades 2-4; 3. Over 18 years old; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Coagulation dysfunction caused by various diseases and anemia caused by various causes (hemoglobin < 90g/l); 3. Amputees need extensive limb necrosis; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Patients with severe primary diseases of liver and kidney and mental illness; 6. Subjects who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
