Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were (1) age between 40 and 75 years; (2) patient or caregiver reports of cognitive decline in memory or other cognitive domains lasting at least 3 months; (3) criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fourth edition, with normal or mildly impaired activities of daily living, and mental state examination (MMSE) score =20(primary) or =24(junior high or above) , Montreal cognitive assessment (MOCA-RRB- score =26; (4) the criteria for neuroimaging to report vascular changes on MRI were: 1 multiple (=3) small supratentorial infarcts (3-15 mm in diameter) with or without any degree of white matter degeneration; Or moderate to severe white matter degeneration (Fazekas score =2) with/without small infarcts, or one or more small subcortical infarcts located in the caudate nucleus, globus pallidus, or thalamus; 2 no cortical and watershed infarction, hemorrhage, hydrocephalus and specific cause, 3 no atrophy of hippocampus or entorhinal cortex.

Exclusion criteria
