Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 18~80 years old, male or female; (2) Patients with pharyngeal discomfort after the anterior cervical spine; (3) Surgical anesthesia: general anesthesia under endotracheal intubation; (4) There was no respiratory infection 2 weeks before surgery, and no symptoms of dysphagia, cough and hoarseness; (5) No throat disease or lung disease; (6) Being conscious and voluntarily signing the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with analgesic and sedative drugs, or addiction to analgesic and sedative drugs for 3 days before intubation; those who use the analgesic pump after surgery; (2) Once unsuccessful intubation and repeated intubation; (3) Patients with a history of needle sickness; (4) the skin of the needle prick; (5) Patients with severe heart and kidney dysfunction; (6) Patients with blood coagulation dysfunction; (7) the unconscious or suffering from mental illness can not cooperate.
