Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age > 18 years old; (2) Ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke was diagnosed by CT or MRI and medical history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with HIV infection, immune and rheumatic diseases, hematological diseases, cancer and other diseases affecting vaccination; (2) immunosuppressive drugs are being used; (3) The condition is unstable and critical.
