Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) elective surgery, age =65, Asa Grade I ~ III, (2) conscious and able to communicate with others.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe mental disorders, (2) patients with severe physical diseases, (3) patients with physical difficulties or cognitive disorders who were difficult to answer questions.
