Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? analgesia requirements; ? 37-42 weeks of gestation; ? singleton primigravida; ? age 20-40 years; ? ASA grade II-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? allergy to local anesthetics or opioids; ? contraindication to epidural puncture; ? BMI:30mg/d); ? communication impairment, inability to understand the study procedure and use of pain scales, and inability to operate self-administered analgesic equipment; ? assessment by obstetrician Those who were unable to perform vaginal delivery.
