Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Admission within 24 hours of onset; ? In accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute Pancreatitis (2019, Nanchang); ? Obtain informed consent from the patient himself or his authorized representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and lung insufficiency, or long-term use of anticoagulant drugs, antiplatelet drugs, antioxidant drugs; ? Past history of thrombotic disease; ? Malignant tumors, blood system diseases, recent active bleeding diseases and abnormal coagulation function; ? Perioperative period; ? Pregnancy Period, lactation period and menstrual period; ? Give up or do not cooperate with the treatment, and withdraw from the study if the condition worsens.
