18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis at the sports medicine specialist clinic 2. The patient has WiFi signal at home and can use 5G equipment independently 3. functional independence measure score (FIM) > 90 4. Supervised or accompanied person > 18 years of age who agrees to participate in the study to assist subjects in all stages of intervention
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently undergoing other rehabilitation training; 2. Cognitive impairment (Montreal cognitive assessment score :MOCA< 21); 3. Other neurodegenerative diagnoses, current major depression or mental disorders, or other conditions that will affect their participation in the study Ability to investigate acute or chronic health conditions; 4. Ipsilateral lower extremity operation history
