Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged over 65 years old; 2) the elderly living in community, home or institutional care; 3) clear consciousness and able to cooperate with the investigation; Or a caregiver who is familiar with the situation can provide answers; 4) voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) having a history of stroke within 6 months; 2) severe or unstable condition, terminal stage; 3) severe audio-visual impairment, cognitive impairment, or mental illness; 4) patients who participated in other clinical studies of swallowing rehabilitation during the same period.
