Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age > 16 years; ? VA-ECMO treatment; ? Femoral artery cannulation was selected for return vessels;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? ECMO support time < 24 hours; ? Patients undergoing central or axillary artery cannulation
