Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnostic criteria for stroke established by the Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in 2018; 2. The first onset of stroke patients, unilateral lesions, one side of the limb paralysis; 3. Age >= 18 years; 4. Course of disease <= 6 months, stable vital signs; 5. Brunnstrom stage of upper limb and hand II-IV; 6. Sitting balance reached grade II or above; 7. Clear consciousness, no visual and auditory comprehension disorder; 8. Patients and their families voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Progressive stroke; 2. There are serious cognitive and communication disorders and can not cooperate with treatment; 3. The affected upper limb had severe spasm (modified Ashworth grade >= 3) and severe pain, which affected limb movement; 4. With severe organ dysfunction, the body contains metal implants, cardiac pacemakers, etc.; 5. Exit for various reasons, failed to complete the experiment.
