Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The adult patients in Department of Cardiology, Huzhou Central Hospital, diagnosed as Mitral regurgitation (MR) or no-MR, will be considered. The MR patient inclusion criterions are: 1. The patient has been diagnosed to have MR by echocardiographic examination; 2. The patient did not take any medicine that can influence cardiac function in 24 hours; 3. The patient did not have history of heart valve surgery. Gender and age of a MR patient will not be limited. The number of patients diagnosed as no-MR will be matched to that of MR patients with proportion 0.3:0.7. Written informed consent will be obtained from a patient before the data recording experiments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years.
