19 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients > 18 years of age undergoing spinal surgery; 2. No deep vein thrombosis on preoperative examination; 3. Postoperative hospital stay > 72 h; 4. Complete clinical records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anticoagulants used before surgery; 2. Preoperative deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities; 3. No surgery during hospitalization, perform secondary surgery, or combined with pelvic and lower extremity fractures; 4. Patients with high bleeding risk factors, lower extremity vascular coagulation diseases, and anticoagulant drug dependence; 5. Patients with severe underlying diseases or unstable vital signs; 6. Incomplete collection of information due to various reasons.
