Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing incisional or excisional lacrimal gland biopsy from January 2010 to December 2021 in West China Hospital of Sichuan University in China; 2. The lacrimal gland specimens of IgG4-ROD and lymphoproliferative lesions of non-IgG4-ROD (control group) pathologically diagnosed in West China Hospital of Sichuan University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients which consulted for pathological diagnosis and duplicated were excluded.
