18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years, voluntarily sign the ICF approved by the ethics committee before any research procedure begins, and agree to participate in this research; 2. Diagnosed of end-staged osteoarthritis and need to be treated with total joint arthroplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes or other diseases that lead to elevated blood glucose; 2. Steroid or immunosuppressive drugs used within 6 months before operation; 3. Patients with a history of allergy to glucocorticoids or with adverse reactions to the drugs used in this study; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients wtith inflammatory diseases, including infectious arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; 6. Patients with contraindications to glucocorticoid use, such as active ulcer, chronic infection, severe osteoporosis, mental disease, hypokalemia, etc.; 7. Patients with joint revision and joint infection; 8. Patients who are allergic to other drugs used in this experiment.
