Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with myasthenia gravis diagnosed as patients diagnosed with myasthenia gravis. 2. Inclusion criteria for the control group: healthy adult volunteers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for case group: 1. Patients have other diseases involving extraocular muscles, such as hyperthyroidism and multiple sclerosis; 2. Combined with mental illness, systemic mental illness or other factors that may affect brain structure and function; 3. Taking sedatives or central nervous system depressants; 4. Body temperature 37.58 degrees Celsius or above; 5. Illiteracy or non-cooperation. Exclusion criteria of control group: Because of their own health or past disease history, the control group could not undergo magnetic resonance examination or could not tolerate the examination during the magnetic resonance examination.
