Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia (operation time is greater than 2 hours).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign the informed consent; 2. Patients unable to communicate for various reasons.
