Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-80 years; 2. Free from any major physical or mental illness and able to stand during the exercise; 3. Clear consciousness, normal thinking, able to communicate with language; 4. Did not have regular physical exercise before participating in this experiment, and never practiced traditional Chinese health skills; 5. Agree not to participate in other similar sports health programs during the study period; 6. Able to complete the questionnaire independently; 7. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the acute stage of disease or chronic disease instability; 2. Those who cannot stand or walk independently during the exercise and have physical disabilities; 3. People with severe cognitive, visual, auditory and communication disabilities; 4. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction, cancer and other serious diseases who cannot tolerate exercise; 5. Serious mental illness (such as schizophrenia, depression, etc.); 6. Unable to complete the questionnaire independently; 7. Are participating in similar researchers.
