Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Front-line staff in the intensive care unit participating in the treatment of patients with confirmed novel coronavirus pneumonia; 2. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) greater than 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuropsychiatric disorders, cardiovascular disease, cognitive impairment, or specific vision and hearing problems; 2. Motion sickness.
