Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 years or older; 2. Currently being pregnant 3. DASS-21 depressive symptom score > 10, anxiety symptoms score > 8, or stress levels score > 15; 4. Provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has been diagnosed with any of depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, substance dependence and substance abuse, anti-social personality disorder, or post-traumatic stress disorder within the past year; 2. Taking anti-depression and anti-anxiety drugs within the past 3 months; 3. Receiving other types of (individual/group) psychological counseling or intervention.
