18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The diagnosis of refractory platelet transfusion is invalid; 3. The medical record data needed by this study can be obtained through the medical record management system of Nanfang Hospital; 4. Southern Medical University to the South China Hospital from April 2015 to October 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hepatic dysfunction (total bilirubin >= 2 times normal or AST >= 2 times normal); 2. There has been life-threatening serious bleeding; 3. History of thrombosis, severe cardiovascular disease.
