Coarse grain group:Replace 100 grams refined grains with coarse grains (oats, buckwheat, etc.) per day + personalized nutrition guidance
Dietary structure group:Daily cereal staple food (mainly refined rice and flour, with the content of coarse cereals close to the daily intake level) + personalized nutrition guidance

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. 18.5 <= BMI < 40 kg/m2; 3. SBP120-139 mmHg Or DBP: 80-89 mmHg (mean of three measurements at rest, 2 minutes apart).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Being pregnant or nursing; 2. The indexes of liver and kidney function are beyond the reference range; 3. Regular intake of coarse grains, with the intake exceeding 60 g/day; 4. Gastrointestinal diseases that affect food digestion and absorption (such as severe diarrhea, constipation, severe digestive tract inflammation, active digestive tract ulcer, acute cholecystitis/cholecystectomy, etc.); 5. Gastrointestinal resection (except appendicitis and hernia surgery); 6. Coronary heart disease, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral thrombosis, stroke or hemiplegia diagnosed by clinicians; 7. Cancer, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 8. Infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, active tuberculosis and AIDS; 9. Mentally ill, epileptic or uses antidepressants in antiepileptic treatment; 10. Participated in other clinical trials in the previous 3 months; 11. Objective circumstances that make it inconvenient to move or participate in this project.
