Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It met the international standards for the neurological classification of SCI developed by the American Spinal Injury Association and the International Spinal cord Injury Association in the 2019 revision; 2. The diagnostic criteria for constipation comply with the Roman diagnostic criteria for functional gastroenterology and the World Gastroenterology Organization clinical guidelines, and the symptoms must include 2 or more items: (1) At least 25% of the defecation is strenuous; (2) At least 25% of the defecation is dry ball feces or hard feces; (3) At least 25% of the defecation feeling is endless; (4) At least 25% of bowel movements have anal obstruction and (or) direct bowel obstruction; (5) At least 25% of the defecation needs assistance; (6) Less than 3 defecation times per week; 3. Patients older than 18 years old and younger than 70 years old; 4. No previous secret history of stool, no other gastrointestinal diseases can eat normally; 5. No diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia and other basic diseases; 6. Consciousness is clear, he has passed the spinal shock period, and he has volunteered to join this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with unstable vital signs, cognitive impairment, etc., who cannot cooperate with dietary intervention; 2. Those with incomplete information and lost visits; 3. Those with fistulas, other gastrointestinal diseases or feeding difficulties; 4. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Patients with gluten allergy or unwilling to participate and complete the study for other reasons.
