207-1 low dose:Bifidobacterium breve 207-110 billion cfu per day for 30 days.
207-1 high dose:Bifidobacterium breve 207-150 billion cfu per day for 30 days.
207-27 low dose:Lactobacillus paracasei 207-2,710 billion cfu per day for 30 days.
207-27 high dose:Lactobacillus paracasei 207-2,750 billion cfu per day for 30 days.
Placebo:Placebo (maltodextrin) was taken per day for 30 days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-35 year; 2. At least two of the following conditions are met: (1) Self-perceived high mental stress; (2) Obese body size (BMI >= 22); (3) Poor sleep quality; (4) Constipation (< 3 times/week or difficult bowel movement); 3. Willing to take probiotics and cooperate with stool collection, questionnaire and physical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have recently taken antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, etc. that affect the test results (yogurt does not count among them); 2. Those with organic diseases, such as heart disease, liver cirrhosis, etc.; 3. Those who have mental disorders; 4. Diagnosed by hospitals at or above the county level with chronic non-communicable diseases, such as hypertension, gout, diabetes, etc.; 5. Patients diagnosed by hospitals at or above the county level with allergic diseases such as drug allergy, food allergy, rhinitis, etc., or those with a history of allergic diseases; 6. Have a history of gastrointestinal surgery.
